Friends of Forest Park has long had an active crew of volunteers working the trails of Forest Park. In 2007, we started a new tradition of offering regular events for members, Forest Park users, and other volunteer enthusiasts.
A typical day involves some routine maintenance, along with small construction projects: building bridges, installing culverts and/or turnpikes, etc. We always have refreshments on hand and raffle off a few prizes (including a free pair of KEEN shoes) at the end of each event.
For more information on any of these events, send an e-mail to trails@friendsofforestpark.org
