May volunteer work party
The Forest Park Conservancy offers volunteer work parties on the third Saturday of each month. In May, we will launch the first of many trail restoration opportunities. Meet some new folks and give back to Forest Park, as we work to improve a portion of the park's 70+ mile trail system. Thanks to Food Front Co-Op, we will have some bagels and juice on hand, and will be raffling off a number of prizes from our business partners, including KEEN and Columbia Sportswear.
When: Saturday, May 17th from 9 am to 1 pm
Where to meet: The Springville Road trailhead off of Skyline. To generate driving directions using google maps, click here.
What to bring: a full water bottle, snack, work gloves, sturdy footwear and raingear (regardless of the forecast). All tools will be provided.
